A full choice of sponsorship packages has been designed for companies interested in enhancing their profile and promoting brand awareness to the prestigious international audience of the 22nd World Petroleum Congress.
The sponsorship categories and packages are designed to reflect the budgetary and promotional requirements of companies interested in becoming sponsors of the 22nd WPC.
Every sponsor is entitled to a number of general benefits going from branding and advertising; to the unique access to the pre-congress delegates list (with contact details) enabling you to prepare your congress; as well as Hospitality Suites providing a unique tool onsite to capture the high level audience of the WPC. In addition, each sponsor will choose an exclusive benefit in the form of an area, item or function of the congress for which the sponsor will have the exclusive branding and visibility.

In addition to the general benefits, and in order to maximise the sponsorship impact, every sponsor is entitled to choose an exclusive sponsorship item/function/area from within three categories: Platinum, Gold and Silver. The sponsor has the exclusive branding of this item/function/area and the organisers will work closely with the sponsors on the development of its exclusive sponsorship benefit.
There are 3 steps to follow to complete your Sponsorship of the 22nd WPC:

2. Contact the 22nd WPC Sales team to check and confirm availability, or for further details.
3. Finalise your Sponsorship Agreement (this consists of two documents):
